Eli and the National Cherry Blossom Festival!
On a cold, misty March day, Eli made his debut at the Cherry Blossom festival! It was surprisingly not crowded due to the cooler temp and call for rain. We took advantage, and got some cute shots of Eli in the blossoms. :D
